The PrivatePlay app stores its library and settings on your Mac. This website does not currently load advertising or analytics scripts.

In the app

PrivatePlay stores game setups, settings, install history, Legendary account files, and launch logs under your Mac user account. Its local helper listens only on your Mac while the app is open. PrivatePlay does not run its own account service or collect telemetry.

When you sign into Epic or Steam, download a runner, install a game, or play online, those third-party services receive data under their own terms and privacy policies. PrivatePlay does not ask you to enter an Epic or Steam password into its own window.

On this website

There are no ad tags, analytics, or marketing cookies on this website now. The hosting provider may process ordinary server request data to deliver pages and the app ZIP. No contact form is present.

Following the Discord help link leaves this website and opens Discord, which handles your activity under its own terms and privacy policy.

Before ads go live

This page will be updated with advertising partners, purposes, retention information, and rights information before ad tags are added. A suitable consent system will be configured for visitors in regions where it is required.
